Sign Making Party Thursday June 28 For Families Belong Together Rally

In preparation for the rally, a sign making party will be held in the Grace Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall Thursday, June 28 from 5-8:00 p.m. Come make a sign for the Families Belong Together rally. While making signs together, we can share concerns & discuss ways we can take a stand for human rights and equal justice in Alabama. This is an independent, "bring your own" effort hosted by Grace Presbyterian and Claire Lewis Evans (local artist, activist, and UA educator): we'll have some sign-making supplies, but please try to bring poster board. Invite a friend!! The more, the merrier. Feel free to bring your refreshments, too. It's an art party to show WE CARE! |
