Join us in the way that makes you most comfortable.

Sunday Morning Worship
Weekly, Sundays
11:00 a.m.

If you are comfortable worshiping indoors with others (masks are encouraged but not required), join us in our sanctuary for worship.

If you are more comfortable at home, or wish to join from a distance, our services are livestreamed on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/gracetuscaloosa) and archived to our YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/gracetuscaloosa).

Where are you located?

113 Hargrove Road at the corner of Hargrove Road and Prince Avenue.  We are in the Forest Lake community.

What should I wear?

Dress is generally very casual, so come as you are!  You will see a variety of styles at Grace Presbyterian Church.

What happens in worship?

Our services are hybrid: in-person and livestreamed Sundays at 11:00 via Facebook LIVE.

Our worship services are also available at the Grace Presbyterian Tuscaloosa YouTube channel.

We belong to the Presbyterian Church, USA, and follow what may be described as a traditional order of worship. We use a printed worship bulletin and sing from hymnals, but within that framework, you will find creativity and variety in our worship. We are a singing congregation, and are led in our music by a talented choir. Believing Communion is more than a remembrance, it is a joyful celebration of Christ's abiding presence in the bread and the cup, we receive weekly Communion.

We observe communion each week, share our prayer concerns with one another, and warmly greet one another during the passing of the peace. In these ways, and many more, we seek to be an intentional community of believers, practicing our faith in our interactions with one another, in our worship, and in our engagement with the community and the world.

What do you provide for children during worship?

Our PrayGround has REOPENED.  This space, for Preschoolers ONLY, located in the middle of the sanctuary includes quiet reading and activity resources.  Reserved seating for parents is provided. Here are additional resources.

  • Worship Activity Pages: These activities are connected to the day's Scriptures. NOTE: each Sunday has two versions- PreReader and Reader.
  • Worship Activity Bags: Cloth bags designated for pre-reader and reader are available to select and to take to a pew.  Bags should be returned to the Bag Tree immediately following worship.
  • Virtual Classroom: Visit our suite of virtual rooms to find Bible story, lesson, activities, music, books read aloud, and so much more.

We offer a wonderful nursery for infants, toddlers and preschoolers so that parents may worship with peace of mind. Children are always welcome in the sanctuary as well, and we provide quiet activities to help them participate in the worshiping community.
